AutoStrip 8600 is the basis for a high-performance,efficient,and modular cable processing system.This special Cutting and Strip-ping machine impresses with precise and repeatable stripping qual-ity,high processing speed,great stripping and cutting force,and an almost unlimited range of processing possibilities.
The AS-8600A programmable cut & strip machine processes micro-coaxial cables with center conductors as small as 38 AWG and most wire and cable types up to 12.5mm (0.49" ) O.D. In addition to micro-coaxial cables, the AS-8600A can also process extremely fine single conductor wires. Due to the universal rotary stripping head and V-type cutting blades, the AS-8600A is able to process the entire range of cable types and diameters without any blade changes. Once the values for a particular cable and job are stored in memory, they can beretrieved in seconds。 After pressing the "Start" key, the cable being processed is centered and clamped by the force-controlled centering system. The blades then execute the rotary incisions according to the programmed diameter and length position values. As soon as all the required incisions are completed, the cable is transported to the cutter head where it is cut and the various layers are stripped from both cable ends. After the cable idone being processed, it is transported to the machine exit and released by means of transport belts.
