● Convenient coiling pan operation design
● Simple procedures for set up and programming
● Synchronized process with the upstream processing machine
- As the coiling disc rotates, the material is coiled around the inner pins.
- When the coiling is completed, the coiler pulls out the material from processing machine and stops.
- The coiling disc raises up and takes the coiled material out of the pins while the safety shield opens automatically so the operator can easily remove the coil.
- The unique design of the coiling system ensures the safety protection during operation by doing all the rotating movements in a down position with closed and monitored cover.
The CC-40 is a single-drum coiling system designed for winding cables or tubes, and fully synchronized high performance cable coiler for Chowho cut and strip machines. Its coiling system consists of a rotating drum that can move up and down and posts that adjust the diameter of the coil. The unique design of the liftable rotating drum and the automatic protective cover facilitates the removal of the coil.
The machine is best suited for all types of round cables to be coiled in
high quality. Thanks to only a few configuration settings, changeover time between different jobs is minimized. This way, handling even very small batch sizes can be productive. The equipment offers flexible working modes and can be used for:
Automatic Coiling :Functions as a post-processing device for cable processing equipment, working in tandem to complete the coiling after processing.
