The electro pneumatic CC-4030 is designed for cables,wirescatheters,ect.to vacuum off unwanted and troubling particles and adhering dirt such as chips,dust,talc,ect.The cutting of the wire mesh of coaxial cables causes small micro chips,which should be avoided absolutely.This waste otherwise can be lead to future problems like short circuits.The operation of the CC-4030 is simple:Insert the cable tip into the device and activate the suction.Suction nozzles of different diameters and different filters can be used.The CC-4030 can be configured accirding to nozzle configuration and customerrequirements.Versions with foot swtich or sensor release,and versions for cables up to 3mm or up to 40mm can be supplied. The stand versions allow the processing of cables up to approx.300mm in length.Special dimensions are possible on request.
